Source: Wikipedia. Susan Boyle, 47 from West Lothian, Scotland, is a contestant on the 3rd series of Britain's Got Talent. She surprised the judges with a strong performance of "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Misérables in the competition's first round, aired on 11 April 2009, eliciting the "biggest yes in three seasons" from Piers Morgan and a yes from Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden.
The most popular YouTube video submission garnered 800,000+ views in the first 24 hours with a five star rating across the board & well over three million views in the first 72 hours. This was despite embedding of the video being disabled. As of the end of 12 April 2009, it was the single most viewed and the most popular video of the day. Also, the submitter was awarded the most subscriptions of the day. In addition, it was awarded 99 additional honours. After three days the YouTube link has over 5 million hits and more than 28,000 comments.
It was reported that celebrity couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher posted their praise of Susan Boyle using the website Twitter.

Britain's Got Talent is my favourite TV show here in UK aired in ITV2 every Saturday and being a British, I'm very much amazed of the British talents. I followed the show since it started 3 years ago.
Last year was the year of the two Filipinos making to stardom, Charlie Green and Madonna Decena but unfortunately, they only got through the semis. But I seen them in person during the Birmingham baryo pista last year.
Susan Boyle have surprised me because of her extraordinary voice. The judges are not looking of the physical appearance, not like in the Phils.
But the most of the contestants that I adored so much is the all black dance group, FLAWLESS. Watch it and you will for sure, amazed.
