Animate Your Photos using PhotoScape
Graphics Interchange Format a.k.a GIF is an image file format that is able to display moving or animated pictures. I downloaded PhotoScape and discovered that it has a GIF maker feature and I tried doing one. I used some of my funny webcam shots and arrived at this crazy animated picture. Enjoy!
