Body Buiding Tips
Just last week, I have mentioned to you about this bodybuilding chat that I came across with while I was doing some research about the ups and downs of taking health supplements particularly Amino 2222. Well, thanks to some chatters who helped me make an informed decision. I will just be taking soya-made products because as they told me, it's also one effective way of gaining protein which will enhance body mass especially the muscles. Actually, they never discouraged me in taking the amino tabs rather, they just enlightened me about some health repercussions of taking the supplements. So what I did, just to save my butt, I will just give up taking that supplement and go for soya instead.

yes, soya is first class protein. what do u mean by amino, whey protein supplement? just remember not to take it all in one time. the body has this time interval when it process just a certain amount of protein, and all excess will be flushed out as waste. you wouldn't want to waste protein, haha!
